Hackleton Parish Council Launches New Forget Me Not Group

Hackleton Parish Council is delighted to launch its Forget Me Not Group. Providing practical support and activities for those living with Dementia or Dementia-like symptoms and their families (even if no diagnosis has been given).

The Group will run on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month, 2.00pm -3.45 pm (please note the change of time), at Horton House Cricket Club, with the first meeting on 16th September.
